Foundations for Life Principles is an ethics based business founded on CHARACTER COUNTS!® six pillars of character: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. We practice these principles in all we do. We operate by the Golden Rule as our key business strategy and our policy and procedures indicate such.

Foundations for life Principles has three distinct divisions:

1. The MORAL KOMBAT Local Division where referrals are received all across Northeast Tennessee from Courts, Schools, Parents and Caregivers, other Youth Serving Organizations, etc. for youth and their families for one or more of the MORAL KOMBAT Courses for Intervention.

2. MORAL KOMBAT National Division where training (for Pedagogy and Methodology of MK) and products (Curriculum for each of the Programs) are sold nation-wide.

3. Foundations for Life Principles (Crisis Intervention Services)

Provider for the Children and Families for the Northeast Region of Tennessee: Family Support Services, family violence intervention, parenting education, and youth services.
